Who am I?
I developed an interest in psychology at an early age—in human beings and their complexity. This led me to initially pursue studies in social work. With this foundation, I worked in the field of psychiatry and also within a victim support service. Those years were extremely rewarding. However, I felt that this path didn't quite align with what I was truly seeking. I then completed a degree in Sexology at UCL. After graduating, I co-founded a Loveshop project with two fellow sexologists, which opened in Brussels in 2004. I served as one of its directors until 2020.
In parallel with this, I underwent psychotherapy, and it was in this context that I discovered Gestalt. I appreciated having a committed and invested professional facing me, involved as a person in her own right in the therapeutic relationship, with her own feelings and emotions. Gradually, I became interested in and learned about the specificities of this approach and naturally decided to start a five-year training program to become a Gestalt-therapist. I was trained at the Institut de Gestalt du Nord-Champ G.
Since then, I have strengthened my practice through continued training.
I am a couple therapist trained at the Ecole du couple (Anne and Jean-Paul Sauzède-Lagarde).
I completed a two-year university certificate in psychotraumatology (BIP-Uliège).
I am currently training to become a supervisor at IFFP (Paris).
I am a member of the Belgian Gestalt Society and the French Gestalt Society, and I receive supervision for my individual and couples practice from accredited supervisors.
